My INTENTION & DESIRE has been to create unique products, not only exclusively made by me, with an intention that matches my authentic self. As an aesthetician & Ayurveda educator working hands on has shown me the many different problems & blockages many women face. Mostly I have found the root cause regardless of the age or stage of life has been lack of self worth….love of self. For many centuries, women have been taught to take care of others, nurturing others something consciously or subconsciously our gender does.

Depending on your ethnicity many cultures taught that this would be our role of most importance. Women have been taught to take care of others first, a belief that we now know, isn’t true. Self care for example a mother, when her cup is full or overflowing then and only then can she truly nurture and give. Generations has passed down this belief that carries a burden of guilt…young mothers today are learning to practice this self love…however it is still such a new concept that many I encounter feel guilty. Lets face it most women work or have a career and a family. Juggling the balance of work & family takes practice, & patience with oneself.

When we have grown up with such beliefs it becomes this inner conflict. Especially with judging parents & other family members…..& other women!!!!! YES women judge other women…. isn’t it time to evolve???? isn’t it time to change a belief which is just a pattern of thought that you keep repeating???

We live in a world that judges how we look, what we do, how much we weigh, its no wonder women have such an issue with self-love. I added crystals to Daily Addiction as it is my number one seller. Its anti-aging properties are unique & my intention was to boost it with the healing amethyst crystals. Amethyst are known to clear the mind, cleanse negative energy. They carry a strong vibration with a history dating back to ancient Egypt. Amethyst has been prized throughout history because of its beauty as well as its energy. Healing properties are also associated with the third eye chakra. The third eye chakra is our intuitive or guidance from our higher self. Meditation is enhanced when Amethyst is used as the crystals vibration is calming, soothing to your slower alpha brain waves.
